Jeddah, Rabi'II 7, 1439, Dec 25, 2017, SPA -- The OIC welcomes the decision by the UN General Assembly to call upon UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to appoint a Special Envoy to Myanmar. The decision came as a result of an OIC sponsored resolution, which was adopted by the UN General Assembly by 122 votes on Sunday, 24 December 2017.
