United Nations, Safar 27, 1439, Nov 16, 2017, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) stressed that its Member States are deeply alarmed at the continuing escalation of violence and violations against minorities in Myanmar, particularly the Muslim minority of Rohingya. This came in the statement made by the OIC Member States on Thursday concerning item 72 of the draft resolution on the situation of human rights in Myanmar.
