Jeddah, Muharram 7, 1439, Sep 27, 2017, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has lauded order issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud adopting applying provisions of traffic law and its executive regulations, including issuance of driving licenses for male and females alike and allowing the Saudi women to drive vehicles.
