Saudi embassy in Spain closely follows-up repercussions of terror truck attack in Barcelona

Madrid, Dhu-Al-Qa'dah 25, 1438, August 17, 2017, SPA -- The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Madrid is closely following-up the repercussions of the terror stampede attack which took place in the Las Rambla tourist district of Barcelona, Spain, on Thursday, leaving scores of casualties and injured. In a press release, Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Saudi ambassador to Spain, said that the embassy has formed an operation room to check whether a Saudi national is affected by the accident, contacting with the concerned authorities and checking hospitals to get reassured of the safety of its country's mates and provide whoever might be in need with the necessary assistance. The ambassador called on female and male Saudi nationals who might happen to be in Barcelona to take care and caution through cooperation with the Spanish security, refraining from wandering in touristy gathering-places and staying at residences for the time being.
