Riyadh, Dhu-AlQa'dah 21, 1438, August 13, 2017, SPA -- The General Directorate of Passports has launched one of its initiatives for pilgrims' service program to facilitate the procedures of arrival of pilgrims in the kingdom at international airports outside the kingdom. As a first stage, the passports assigned a number of its employees to be present at Kuala Lumpur airport in Malaysia to complete the entry procedures for pilgrims from the Malaysian capital prior to their arrival in the kingdom to perform Hajj this year by entering all data of pilgrims in Malaysia and when they arrive in the kingdom, they only undergo verification of their identities to speed completion of the procedures of their arrivals. General Director of Passports Major General Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Yahya received today the flight of NAS lines No. 6042 from Kuala Lumpur, carrying a number of Malaysian pilgrims whose procedures were completed at Kuala Lumpur airport. Their entry was facilitated after their procedures were confirmed. The Passports' initiative represents a qualitative shift in the services provided to pilgrims.
