Jeddah, Rajab 26, 1438, Apr 23, 2017, SPA -- OIC Secretary General Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen has strongly condemned the attack carried on a northern army base in Afghanistan, leading to the death of more than 200 people and injuring many more others. The Secretary General who described the attack as heinous and barbaric stated that the fight against terrorism embarked upon by the government of Afghanistan would not relent. He commended the continued efforts of the government in bringing unity among the people of Afghanistan. The Secretary General extended his condolences to the government and people of Afghanistan as well as to the families of the victims over this tragedy.
