Riyadh, Muharram 27, 1438, Oct 28, 2016, SPA -- Majlis Al-Shura expressed its firm condemnation and condemnation regarding a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi militias and their supports towards Makkah last night. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh considered this blatant attack supported by the Iranian regime's agents in Yemen as a violation for the sanctity of the House of Allah. He stressed that this criminal act is a provocation to the feelings of more than one billion Muslims in various countries around the world, pointing out that this targeting will increase the Kingdom's determination to deter and root out anyone who tries to attack its security and the security of the Saudi citizens. Dr. Abdullah Al-Sheikh that this assault is a clear evidence of the Houthi militias' continuation in their attacks on the territories of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic holy sites as well as an extension of the Houthi refusal of the United Nations efforts to resolve the Yemeni crisis. He called upon all councils and parliaments in the world, particularly in the Islamic states, to condemn this vicious attack and those who stand behind it and supports its perpetrators.
