As reported by the official news agency of Yemen, the UN Secretary General Special Envoy to Yemen announced last night in New York a plan for the resumption of a comprehensive cessation of hostilities in Yemen, stressing that he received assurances from all Yemeni parties of their commitment to the terms and conditions for the cessation of hostilities as of April 10, 2016, which will take effect again starting from 23:59 pm on 19th October, 2016 at local time of Yemen for 72 hours, renewable.
