On cultural affairs, Dr. Altoraifi pointed out that the Ministry is seeking that Saudi cultural work acquires three elements of powers of creativity, persuasion, and expansion and employment of intellectual exercise to consolidate the loyalty to the country which must remain rooted in the minds of successive generations, with the rational opening to other cultures for transferring the vision of life and human being in Saudi culture. The Minister of Culture and Information expressed his thanks to all employees in the ministry and its sectors for their efforts being exerted, calling for the development of their skills and performance for serving their homeland and its information and cultural message.
