Washington, Dhu-AlQa'dah 25, 1437, August 28, 2016, SPA -- The preparatory panel for the global energy conference scheduled for Istanbul, Turkey, in October 2016 has chosen a research conducted by Dr. Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Shammary, A Saudi researcher at the University of Vienna, as a key research to be studied by the conference. The research, focusing on potentials of reducing carbon emissions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by 80% to reach the goals of climate change international strategies, was chosen among 20 papers by researchers from Germany, U.S.A., Canada, India, France, Brazil, Argentina, Holland, and Japan.
