Riyadh, Ramadan 25, 1437, June 30, 2016, SPA -- The Specialized Penal Court has announced that due to the absence of the accused Khalid bin Badah bin Freij Al-Minjali Al-Sahli to attend the trial session scheduled for considering the case against him dated on 27/07/1437 AH and the inability of the competent authority in the court to communicate with the accused in his place of residence documented to it, it has been set an alternative time to consider the case at 9:00 a.m., on Sunday, 26/10/1437 AH.
