UNITED NATIONS, Rajab 19, 1437,April 26, 2016, SPA -- The U.N. aid chief said Tuesday that the humanitariansituation is “extremely dire” in the Syrian town of Daraya, besieged by thegovernment, amid severe shortages of food and medicines. U.N.
