Islamic Capitals Exhibition at National Museum attracts more than 7,000 visitors

Riyadh,04 Jumada II,1437 AH, 13 March,2016 , SPA -- The Exhibition of Islamic and Cultural Capitals currently being held at National Museum has attracted more than (7014 ) visitors from all societal groups. The exhibition includes more than 100 archaeological pieces of antiquities on display at German Pergamon museum that reflect models of Islamic civilization, presenting glimpses of the existing cultural relations between the ruling elites in Germany and the rest of the world during the period of progress and the spread of the Islamic culture. Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage inaugurated on Friday 26 Rabi 1437 AH the Exhibition of Capitals of the First Islamic Culture", organized by the Commission in collaboration with German Pergamon Museum that will last for three months. -- SPA 11:06 LOCAL TIME 08:06 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
