Dr. Al-Harithi stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has realized importance and necessary of the relief and humanitarian actions based on the Holy Quran and Sunnah as well as our Islamic, tolerant and peaceful religion. He pointed out that the Kingdom has made and is making great efforts on the basis of recognition and appreciation of the value of human, whatever his/her color, religion, race and nationality. "These efforts have achieved a lot of goals in alleviation of the suffering and pain of the afflicted and affected people in various parts of the world. A march of providing humanitarian assistance are still continued under leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister and Interior, who is also General supervisor of the Saudi relief committees and campaigns and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense. He added that the Kingdom has opened legal channels and local, regional and international official organizations in the field of humanitarian work which contributed to alleviating the suffering of millions of people affected by war and natural disasters around the world.
