Manila, Jumada I 18, 1437, Feb 27, 2016, SPA -- Three people drowned when a passenger boat capsized shortly after leaving a wharf in the eastern Philippines, dpa cited police as saying Saturday. Sixty people on the boat were rescued after the incident on Friday off Gumaca town in Quezon province, south-east of Manila.
