Riyadh, Rajab 12, 1437, April 19, 2016, SPA -- The Council of Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the GCC member states, concluded their 18th session here today, under the chairmanship of the Saudi Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Issa.
