Cairo, Jumada II 2, 1437, Mar 11, 2016, SPA -- The Arab League Council at the ministerial level has welcomed the Islamic Republic of Mauritania's hosting and chairmanship of the 27th Arab Summit proposed to be held during 20 to 28, July, in Nouakchott. At a conclusion of the 145 session of the Arab League Council chaired by the Kingdom of Bahrain, the council called upon the Secretary General of the Arab League to make necessary consultations and contacts with Mauritania and Bahrain to convene a special session of the Arab foreign ministers in order to prepare draft agenda of the 27th summit. --SPA 21:45 LOCAL TIME 18:45 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
