Cairo, October 01, 2023, SPA -- The extraordinary session of the Arab Ministerial Council for Electricity (AMCE) was held today at the headquarters of the Secretariat General of the Arab League (AL). It was attended by a delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, representing the Ministry of Energy. At the end of the session, the AMCE made a decision to approve the two electricity agreements of the Arab Common Market. They presented these agreements to the Economic and Social Council and the AL Council at the foreign minister level, as a preliminary step towards their implementation. --SPA 18:37 Local Time 15:37 GMT
