With regard to GCC dealing with humanitarian violations exercised by the Houthi militia in favor of the deposed Saleh, Altoraifi stressed that there is a working group which monitored these violations for a long time, but mechanisms were recently developed to allow the whole world to stand on the crimes committed against the Yemeni people, and to enable global justice organizations prosecution of rebels and the forces of the ousted Saleh.
