Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participates in 31st session of United Nations Council for Human Rights in Geneva

Geneva, 20 Jumada I,1437 AH, 29 February,2016 , SPA --The United Nations Council for Human Rights began its 31st session in Geneva today with the participation of a Saudi delegation headed by President of Human Rights Commission, Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Aiban. A number of ministers from all over the world are participating in this high level three day session to discuss development agenda until 2030 and ways to achieve the three main pillars of the United Nations including international peace and security, development and human rights in addition to the Council's celebration of the 50th anniversary of signing the International Covenants on Civil and Political Rights and Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. -- SPA 13:14 LOCAL TIME 10:14 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
