Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs addresses 40th Session of Human Rights Council in Geneva

Geneva, February 28, 2019, SPA -- Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir has affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing developments and reforms in various fields at all levels, upon the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and direct supervision of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, within the framework of implementing the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to be an approach setting public policies and employing Kingdom's potentialities. This came in his speech at the high-level segment of the 40th Ordinary Session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva yesterday. The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs said that many developments and reforms have taken place in the Kingdom in the field of human rights, in terms of women's rights and children's protection.
