Rabat, Rabi'I 6, 1437, Dec 17, 2015, SPA -- Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Atiyyah has expressed Qatar's welcome of Skhirat agreement between the brethren in Libya. Addressing the signing ceremony today in the Kingdom of Morocco, Dr. Al-Atiyyah urged all those who have not signed the agreement to catch up and join . He expressed hope that the agreement would be a major factor that leads to the unity, integrity, security and stability of Libya.
