Sydney, Muharram 27, 1437, November 09, 2015, SPA -- Passengers at Australian international airports are expected to be hit by delays Monday as customs and passport control staff go on a 24-hour strike over pay and conditions, according to dpa. Management staff have taken over passport and customs inspections, and passengers are being warned to check in early as there could be long queues. However early arrivals from overseas told reporters they had no problems during processing at Sydney Airport. More than 5,000 staff are on strike, but security and counterterrorism units are not involved in the 24-hour stop work action. --SPA 03:01 LOCAL TIME 00:01 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
