In response to a question on whether there is a study to re-construct Mina site, Al-Turki dashed out the idea, saying that Mina is religion place with special borders and could not be changed, adding that the jam and narrow-passages are part of the place. However, the Kingdom will spare no effort to deal with any developments regarding the problems resulting from the congestion of pilgrims on narrow roads, he said. He said that reasons behind the increase of jam in the street in which the accident took place were not yet confirmed, noting that a field comprehensive investigation should take place to verify the reasons of the accident. He hinted that part of the problem might be associated with the non-compliance of some pilgrims with the plan of group guidance "Tafweej" from Muzdalifah to Mina or to Jamarat site. He vowed that the fact-finding committee will definitely find out the exact reason behind the incident, which might be related to the performance of some security men, or Tiwafa agencies, or guidance of pilgrims or any other reasons. For his part, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Hajj Hatem Al-Qadi explained the plans of guidance of pilgrims from place to another. He advised the media not to take any information from non-official sources about this issue. --SPA 22:35 LOCAL TIME 19:35 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
