The Cabinet commended the efforts exerted by the security authorities in the brotherly State of Kuwait which resulted in arresting a terrorist cell that was planning to destabilize the security of Kuwait by storing a huge arsenal of weapons, ammunition, missiles and explosives, and thwarting their terrorist plots. The Cabinet prayed to Allah Almighty to preserve the State of Kuwait from any evil and foil all terrorist plots targeting the security and stability of the region. The Minister of Culture and Information also said that Cabinet discussed a number of issues on local affairs, and reviewed the opening of the 9th session of Okaz Souq, which was opened, on behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the Supreme Supervisory Committee for Okaz Souq.
