WASHINGTON, Rabi’I 07, 1436, Dec. 29, 2014, SPA -- The U.S.-led coalition against the Islamic State for Iraq and Syria (ISIS) launched 18 airstrikes against the militant group Monday, with 12 in Syria and six in Iraq, the Combined Joint Task Force said. According to a statement from the task force, the strikes in Syria hit near Kobani as well as Raqqa and Deer az Zawr.
