Phnom Penh, Rabi'I 7, 1436, Dec 29, 2014, SPA -- China will pledge at least 144 million dollars in grants and loans for Cambodia's economic development, dpa cited officials as saying Monday. The Cambodia Ministry of Foreign Affairs said China will provide a 700 million yuan (about 112 million dollars) in grants and an interest-free loan of 200 million yuan.
