Kuwait, Rabi'I 3, 1436, Dec 25, 2014, SPA -- General President of Meteorology, Environmental Protection Dr. Abdulaziz bin Omar Al-Jasser led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the 18th Meeting of Environment Affairs Ministers held in Kuwait.
