Riyadh, Safar 16, 1436, Dec 8, 2014, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal order today, promoting Director General of Civil Defense Major General Suleiman bin Abdullah Al-Amr and Director of Public Security Major General Othman bin Nasser Al-Mihrij to the rank of Lieutenant General.
