Jeddah, Jumada I 20, 1437, Feb 29, 2016, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed its strong condemnation of the criminal terrorist attack which targeted innocent civilians in Baghdad on 28 February 2016, resulting in a number of casualties and serious injuries among the civilians. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the OIC Secretary General, Iyad Ameen Madani, reiterated the OIC’s steadfast position in condemning terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. The OIC Secretary General expressed his deep sympathy and condolences to the Iraqi people and leadership, and particularly to the families of the victims who have lost their lives as a result of this brutal criminal act.
