SKOPJE, Rabi'II 04, 1437, January 14, 2016, SPA -- Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski said he would submit his resignation on Friday to pave the way for an early parliamentary election under a deal to end months of political crisis, according to Reuters. Gruevski, in a televised address to the nation, tied his departure to the date of an election pencilled in for April 24, but which his opponents have hinted they want postponed. "Tomorrow, to the speaker of parliament, I will submit my resignation letter, effective 100 days before the official date of the election," said Gruevski.
