WASHINGTON, Safar 21, 1437, December 03, 2015, SPA -- U.S. Vice President Joe Biden will address the Ukrainian parliament next week during a visit to the capital Kiev, the White House said Wednesday. Biden’s Tuesday speech will focus on the role the United States wants Ukrainian legislators to play in moving their country forward. According to the White House, it will be the first speech to the parliament by an American leader of Biden’s rank. On Monday, the vice president will meet Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
