UN official commends Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for supporting Syrian refugees

Amman, Safar 04, 1437, November 16, 2015, SPA -- The Media and Public Liaison Official at United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Nasruddin Tawaybiyeh has commended the assistance being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in implementation of directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for Syrian refugees in Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and inside Syria. He said in a statement to Saudi Press Agency "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the most important donors to the Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in the response program to the humanitarian crisis being suffered by Syrian brothers, noting that this is clear through its generous donations that helped a lot in alleviating the sufferings of Syrian brothers." -- SPA 12:29 LOCAL TIME 09:29 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
