Ambassador Al-Mo'allemi said that the Kingdom has warned on several occasions of the worsening situation in Syria, but the international community remained silent and has not responded to these warnings as required; and today our region is witnessing extremely dangerous developments as a result of this ignorance or reluctance, which required the Kingdom's quick response to the danger of the so-called "ISIS" and calling for the convening of Jeddah meeting on September 12 of this year, including many of the countries in the region with the participation of the United States of America, which issued a statement explaining the dimensions and the risks of this organization and other extremist organizations and the need to address this imminent danger in a collective spirit and a coherent international coalition to save the region and the world at large.
