Tokyo, Dhu-AlHijjah 10, 1435, October 04, 2014, SPA -- Three more bodies were discovered at a Japanese volcano one week after an eruption that killed at least 47, authorities said Saturday, according to dpa. The latest victims were found after rescue operations resumed in areas near the peak of Mount Ontake, 200 kilometres west of Tokyo. Rain had suspended them on the previous day. The Nagano prefectural government said at least 16 people were still missing as of Friday, 47 people confirmed dead and 69 injured in Japan's worst volcanic disaster in decades. The Japan Meteorological Agency warned of mudslides in the region with another tropical cyclone approaching, after the eruption covered the 3,067-metre volcano with ash. --SPA 12:52 LOCAL TIME 09:52 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
