Riyadh, July 27, 2021, SPA -- The First Saudi Forum for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, to be organized by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology in cooperation with the World Economic Forum (WEF), will kick off in Riyadh tomorrow with the participation of several ministers, officials, and local and international speakers. The two-day international event will discuss the impact of emerging technologies on the future of transportation, building healthcare systems capable of facing crises, clean energy transitions, establishing smart cities in the future, restoring the ecosystem, and the future of finance. The forum is an extension of the support and care for development and innovation system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s organization of this international forum reflects HRH Crown Prince’s interest in the fields of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence and building future cities according to environment-friendly clear energy technologies and harnessing them to realize the Sustainable Development Goals.
