Mozambique Pilgrims Affairs Office praises the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia decision regarding Hajj

Maputo, June 25, 2020, SPA -- The Office of the Pilgrims Affairs of the Republic of Mozambique expressed its support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's decision to hold Hajj this year, 1441 AH, with limited numbers of different nationalities who are inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The office confirmed in a statement today, that this wise decision takes into account the safety of pilgrims from COVID-19 all precautions and preventive measures taken by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the first case of this epidemic on its soil. The Pilgrims Affairs Office stressed that this decision fulfills the purposes of Islamic law to preserve humans and comes to ensure holding Hajj in a safe manner, and that meets the requirements to prevent COVID-19 threats.
