Moreover, the GCC expressed regret for the indifference of militias of Houthi and ousted Saleh towards sufferings of the Yemeni people due to the consequences of the deteriorating humanitarian conditions, their continuing indiscriminate shelling, targeting civilians, the recruitment of children and women and committing the most atrocious violations, denouncing their deliberate obstruction and disruption they follow on peace consultations in Yemen.
