UN, Safar 4, 1438, Nov 4, 2016, SPA -- On behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Abdullah bin Yahya Al-Mualami has signed the Paris Agreement on Climate Change here on Thursday, in the presence of the Secretary General of the UN Ban Ki Moon.
