Aden, Safar 29, 1438, November 29, 2016, SPA --Yemeni Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Obaid bin Dhugr returned today to his country's provisional capital of Aden accompanied by a number of government ministers. In an arrival statement, carried by the state-run news agency, bin Dhugr confirmed determination of his government to naturalize life in the liberated provinces, improve the state of living and public services and remove obstacles the international and regional relief organizations are facing to deliver humanitarian assistance to the needy deep in Yemen.
