Beirut, Rajab 02, 1438, March 30, 2017, SPA -- Three Syrians were killed Thursday in an explosion in Lebanon's north-eastern town of Arsal on the border with Syria, dpa quoted police as saying. The blast was caused by an explosive device that was planted in a pick-up truck parked in Arsal's al-Shafaq neighbourhood, a police source said without details.
