Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhly opened here today the 7th International conference on water resources and dry environment 2016. In a key address, Al-Fadhly welcomed the Kingdom's guests who came from different parts of the world to deliver papers or attend the conference activities over the coming three days, wishing the event every success.
