Riyadh, Dhu-AlQa'dah 05, 1437, August 08, 2016, SPA -- The Ministry of Interior said in a statement issued today that Hussein bin Mohammed Ahmed Hassan - Yemeni national - was executed in Riyadh city, Riyadh Region today for killing Mohammed bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Diani - Yemeni national - by a knife while he was sleeping due to a dispute between them. The Ministry said that the General Court convicted the murderer; the sentence was endorsed by the Appeal and Supreme Courts; and a royal order was issued to execute the sentence. The Ministry of Interior affirms that the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is keen on maintaining of security, establishment of justice and implementation of the rulings of Allah Almighty against anyone who attacks the secured people and sheds their blood; and it warns anyone who tries to commit such actions that he or she will be punished according to Sharia. --SPA 11:49 LOCAL TIME 08:49 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
