Berlin, Ramadan 26, 1437, July 01, 2016, SPA -- German Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen was visiting the Incirlik air base in southern Turkey on Friday, a visit only made possible after Turkey's prime minister reversed a ban on her visit amid a diplomatic row, dpa reported.
