Vienna, Safar 16, 1438, Nov 16, 2016, SPA -- A delegation of Majlis Al-Shura led by Assistant Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura Dr. Yahya bin Abdullah Al-Samaan met here today with Austrian Deputy Minister of Economy, Science and Research Franz Wessig. During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and ways of enhancing trade exchange between the two friendly countries as well as overcoming the difficulties of Saudi exports to the Austrian market and working to correct the current deficit in the trade balance which is still in favor of Austria. During the meeting, the Austrian side reviewed its experience in the field of development of small and medium-sized enterprises while the Saudi side highlighted the promising opportunities in the projects of industrial and non-industrial investments and facilities provided by the Saudi Government to attract foreign investments. On the other hand, the delegation of Majlis Al-Shura visited the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) in Vienna.
