King of Bahrain receives Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Prince Turki Al-Faisal

Manama, Jumada I 18, 1437, Feb 27, 2016, SPA -- King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain received at Al-Rowda palace in Manama today Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region; and Prince Turki Al-Faisal, President of the Board of Directors of King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, who are here on visit to Bahrain to attend a ceremony to be held tomorrow to announce naming of a main road in Bahrain after late Prince Saud Al-Faisal upon directives of the King of Bahrain in recognition of his great deeds and noble positions towards the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people. The Al-Faisals conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the King of Bahrain, wishing the people of Bahrain more progress and prosperity. For his part, the King of Bahrain sent his greetings to King Salman, wishing the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia more prosperity and progress. They also thanked the King of Bahrain for his initiative to name a main road in Bahrain after late Prince Saud Al-Faisal. The King welcomed them in Bahrain, noting the strength and firmness of fraternal and historical relations binding the two kingdoms and the joint cooperation and coordination between them in all fields to best serve the two countries. He paid tribute to Saudi Arabia's positions, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in support of Bahrain, confirming that such positions have permanently reflected the ties of close fraternity and joint destiny shared by the two countries over history. He recalled the noble positions of late Prince Saud Al-Faisal in support of Bahrain and defense of its case at different platforms, noting the appreciation of the leadership and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the genuine positions of the deceased. He also lauded Prince Saud Al-Faisal's role in the service of Arab and Islamic causes, confirming that the GCC, Arab and Islamic nations have lost a great and distinguished personality.
