Riyadh, Rajab 12, 1437, April 19, 2016, SPA -- The Border Guards official spokesman Brigadier General Saher bin Mohammed Al-Harbi said that the Border Guards forces at Maqna sector in Tabuk region successfully foiled a smuggling attempt by sea of a large quantity of amphetamine tablets.
