Beijing, Muharram 8, 1437, Oct 21, 2015, SPA -- An explosion at a chemical plant in eastern China's Shandong province has left nine people missing and at least two people injured, dpa cited Chinese news reports as saying Wednesday. A blast tore through a workshop of Shandong Tianbao Chemical Industry Co. in Pingyi county at around 8 am on Wednesday (0000 GMT), the official Xinhua news agency reported.
