Cairo, Dhu-AlQa'dah 10, 1436, August 25, 2015, SPA -- The death toll from Syrian regime air raids on Damascus suburbs and the north-west of the country the previous day has reached 42, a monitoring group said Tuesday, according to dpa. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said 23 people, including 11 children, were killed in raids on Douma and other areas in the rebel-held Eastern Ghouta on the outskirts of the capital. In north-western Syria, 17 people, including four children, were killed in a barrel bomb attack on the village of al-Bara, noted for its Byzantine-era monuments, the Britain-based watchdog said.
