Riyadh, 07 Rabi'II,1437 AH, 17 January,2016 , SPA -- The Communications and Information Technology Commission represented by the Comprehensive Service Fund has completed the delivery of mobile voice communications services, and Internet services for 15,115 villages home to more than one (3.9) million by the end of December of the year 2015. This achievement comes as a result of the generous support provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for telecommunications and information technology services for all strata of the society scattered all over the Kingdom in spite of the large geographic distances in the Kingdom, which represent a major challenge in this regard. The chances of Communications and Information Technology Commission has doubled in the deployment of those services after the establishment of the Comprehensive Service Fund, which aims to deliver communications services including fixed voice services or mobile and internet access to buildings targeted population centers. -- SPA 15:31 LOCAL TIME 12:31 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
